Schnuck Markets, Inc., based in St. Louis, brought api(+) in to design a new storefront concept for its Schnucks Marketplace Des Peres location and to provide prototype site adapt services for other locations. api(+) services include exterior elevations, design development, construction drawings and construction administration
api(+) continues to provide design, site adapt and construction administration for The Fresh Market, the rapidly growing, North Carolina based, high end specialty foods chain. api(+) assists The Fresh Market in locations throughout the southeast.
api(+) is providing re-imaging services for the Taco Cabana restaurant chain.
api(+) is once again working with Minyard Food Stores for concept refinement of its successful api(+) designed prototype, Carnival Super Market.
Rays 'N Bread Cafe, a unique breakfast/lunch/brunch concept for Fluwitt Dynamics, is api(+)'s most recent restaurant. Our logo, interior architecture, interior, space planning, kitchen, and collateral materials design will extend to a sister coffee/yogurt concept. Fluwitt Dynamics has also retained api(+) to provide architectural services for its St. Petersburg Wittner Center office buildings remodel.
Shops
Driscoll's has hired api(+) to create its prototype store-within-a-store concept from fixture design through graphics. The new concept will premiere in Wegmans in upstate New York.
ABC Fine Wine & Spirits brought api(+) on board for its reimaging efforts. api(+) is providing store layout, color, materials and fixturing selection, and signage updates through new font and color for retrofit and new stores.
api(+)'s international work continues with Rattan Hypermarkets in Venezuela for which we're providing redesign/reimaging services.
Centers
Taylor & Mathis has engaged api(+) as designer, architect of record, and construction administrator for Tampa's newest regional retail center, MetWest. Our responsibilities include architectural and wayfinding design for this 100,000 square foot project as well as interior wayfinding for the MetWest office park.
api(+) is once again working with North American Properties on their new 136,440 square foot Lakeside Village Center, Horizon West, Publix anchored shopping center in Orange County, Florida. api(+)'s services include all aspects of design and production.
New Client Monroe's Prestige Group has chosen api(+) to design and produce its 83,420 square foot Ocala, Florida, Publix anchored center, Park Centre Commons. api(+)'s services include all aspects of design and production.
Leisure
North Carolina based Castle & Cook has enlisted api(+)'s to design its Kannapolis North Carolina Research Campus and Sales Center. Services include architectural, graphic and a campus-wide signage and wayfinding program.
