Peter is one of api(+)’s most experienced managers, well-versed in various phases of architectural design and production. His work includes management of food retail projects, preparation of construction documentation, and construction management.

He directs a team of highly qualified architects in taking new or existing spaces and making them useful, aesthetically-pleasing environments that perform.  The consumer wins when Peter’s involved because they get a better environment in which to spend their shopping time; the Client wins because happier customers mean a better bottom line.

Peter graduated from Miami-Dade Community College and then earned his associate of applied science from ITT Technical Institute.

Peter's pride and joys are his three children who, as in most families, run the show.  He spends much of his off-time with his family on the golf course, boating, or doing whatever it is the little ones choose!
