Retail Designer
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience with store planning, design, merchandise and lighting. They must be able to communicate 3 dimensional retail environments, visual merchandise concepts, in-store graphics and fixture designs. He/she must be exceptionally creative, committed, action oriented and a team player. Position requires presentation skills and some travel. Candidate must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-design and AutoCad. Experience with food markets, specialty retail and big box categories is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience
Project Manager + Architecture
Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience and be a registered architect with proven experience in production and roll-out of retail stores and shopping centers. He/she must have proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, clients, budgets, schedules, project team, and the production of high quality documentation for industry leader clients. Written, verbal and professional technical capabilities are a must. Projects include large box retail, lifestyle centers and mixed-used. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Project Captain + Architecture
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience, primarily in large format retail projects. Candidate should be capable in all phases of architectural design, production and construction administration. Candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, present strong written and oral communications, possess great organizational skills, and should have excellent client interface capabilities. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Architect
Candidate must be an accomplished designer with a minimum 10 years successful design experience in retail and mixed-use projects. This position requires developing design concepts from start to finish in a creative manner consistent with firm-wide standards. Responsibilities include site planning, code research, concepts, design development, and presentations; collaborating with clients, jurisdictions, consultants, and in-house studios while implementing excellent design solutions; responding to changes in project parameters with alternative designs maintaining concept integrity; and acting as liaison between designers/production staff; leading and reviewing work of other designers; providing critical architectural detailing direction.
Candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (license preferred) and 10+ years experience as an architect, including design development responsibility; strong visual communication skills; creativity within budget constraints; quality architectural design detailing; proficiency in illustration techniques, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and AutoCAD; ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, complete tasks with accuracy, provide strong attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines; and ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
