Tangerine Plaza Wins Two Awards, Including “Best of Show”

The Florida Redevelopment Association recently named the api(+) designed Tangerine Plaza “Best in Show” as the state's top redevlopment project of 2006. The center, anchored by a Sweetbay Supermarket, was recognized by the city for its efforts in revitalizing St. Petersburg 's Midtown district. Tangerine Plaza also won the association's Roy F. Kenzie Award for the year's outstanding new building project.
