Six paid holiday days plus one
floating day for employee birthdays.

1-5 years of service: 10 days
5+ years of service: 15 days  

Bonus
api(+) 's bonus plan is discretionary, based on firm-wide profitability and individual performance. Bonus amounts are typically distributed before 12/31 for each year.

401k

api(+) provides eligible employees with a 401(k)
Qualified Retirement Plan. Eligibility begins one year
from your start date and vesting occurs over a 5 year period. api(+) 's most recent annual matching
contributions have been set at 25% of up to 10%
of employee's contributions.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Available to provide tax and income advantages for
certain types of expenses.

  Health Insurance
api(+) pays 100% and 75% dependent coverage of the
health care premium for HMO coverage for eligible full-
time employeess. Optional dental and vision insurance
coverage is available to all eligible, full-time employees
and their dependents.

Disability Insurance

api(+) provides Short-term Disability insurance to
active, full-time employees at no cost to the
employee. Benefits are paid if employee is unable
to work due to injury or illness.

Life Insurance
api(+)
 provides $15,000 life insurance coverage to all
eligible, full-time employees at no cost to the employee.
